Parkinsons Disease
is a neurological disorder for which there is no known cure at present. The disorder sets in when about 80% of the brain cells responsible for producing and storing dopamine are lost. Dopamine is a chemical in the brain that is responsible for co-ordinating body movements. At the moment, all research carried out to date has been unable to tell us why these cells die.
The term "Parkinsonism" is given collectively to a group of disorders which occur in the brain. is the most well-known and common of these disorders and is sometimes known as "idiopathic Parkinson's" which means that the cause of this condition is not known.
There are other less well-known types of Parkinsonism such as Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) as well as Drug-Induced Parkinsonism.
Anyone who is suffering from will exhibit classic symptoms such as a tremor, or shaking, stiffness of muscles and a slowing down in their movement. At first, these symptoms can be relatively minor, and some people suffering from are often suspected of having a problem with alcohol because they exhibit a fine shaking in the hands and limbs.
Tremors/Shaking

Sometimes, tremors can be triggered by excitement or anxiety, so it's important that a person who is suffering from is kept as stress free as possible.
Although this particular symptom of can be embarrassing for the sufferer, it causes no significant interference with everyday life and activities ubtil later in the disease

People with Parkinson's will usually experience slowness in their motion and this is more so especially with regards to walking.
There are other symptoms of Parkinson's such as feeling very tired, speech, difficulty with writing, a lack of facial expression (some sufferer's tend to look down and depressed), and in some cases of some people may find difficulties with swallowing their food.
