All About Richard RossiThe world of spiritual healing is a world that is full of scam artists looking to make a quick buck off of the desperate and the ill. Many evangelists who have claimed to be spiritual healers have been exposed as frauds who employ such tactics as putting individuals who could walk in wheelchairs before performing their 'miracle cures'. When the individual 'feels the touch' of the evangelist, they would stand up and the crowd would be awed. Since there are so many people looking to profit off of the act of spiritual healing, the practice is largely dismissed as a fraud. One practitioner of spiritual healing, that has received much notoriety is known as Richard Rossi. In this article, we'll examine Richard Rossi in order to help you to learn more about who he is and what he does. At a young age, Richard Rossi picked up the guitar and fell in love with it. As he grew up, however, he faced a trying time when his father was admitted into a mental institution due to a bipolar disorder. Rossi was distraught over the loss of his father, who was his idol, and he turned to Christianity in order to fill the hole in his life. He continued on the path of Christianity, eventually starting his own fellowship under which he began practicing the art of spiritual healing. He also practiced exorcisms at his church, and both processes were condemned by the church. He faced scandal, however, when his wife, Sherrie Rossi, went to the police stating that he had beaten her to almost the point of death. Richard argued that the man that attacked her was merely a look-alike who was probably under the influence of demonic possession. His wife retracted her statement, and Richard ended up spending ninety six days in jail. After this period in his life, he abandoned the evangelical world, instead choosing to focus on music. He received much criticism from the church upon the release of his album "Full Circle" since it didn't focus on Christianity, instead opting to focus on Rossi's problems with depression. While it cannot be said for sure whether or not Richard Rossi was able to successfully heal the incurable, it is important to note that the church condemned him, stating that only Christ could successfully heal the ill, and that had not happened since the first century. With these facts in mind, and the controversies surrounding the situation with his wife, one has to wonder exactly about how efficient his cures truly were. Judging by the character of the man himself, and the dismissing of so many of the spiritual healers that are out there, much doubt is cast upon Richard Rossi's so-called abilities. If you are thinking of receiving a form of alternative therapy, you should thoroughly research it in order to discover whether or not the type of therapy is successful in most cases. In the case of spiritual healing, unfortunately, the evidence simply doesn't merit any form of a miracle.
